Here we have a simple rectangular home where the owners wished to update to include a more up to date master bedroom suite on the first floor, an extra bedroom suite on the second floor, an exercise room and party / pool kitchen on the foundation level that could be converted to a parent’s suite if needed. Brick was unavailable to match the existing home, so we went with a Bucks County style addition with a stone addition and added a front porch to tie the stone into the existing facade.

The goal for this project was to add a 2 car garage with an informal entry, laundry, and additional eat in space for the kitchen while keeping with the style of the original home.
This project involved an existing simple home on a wonderful property. The new owners requested a remodel which included a new family room, master bedroom suite, and garage space for 2 additional cars while giving the whole project a more attractive facade.
Shown here is the sketch for the new facade, proposed floor plans and a photo of the existing structure.
Here is a project where we removed an existing porch and added a sun room with a fireplace. Additionally the adjacent living room was remodeled replacing the original flat low ceiling with a cathedral ceiling with beams to enhance the cottage looks that the owners requested.
Finished addition before landscape.

This project involved taking an existing ranch home and adding two additional Garage spaces on the lower level along with a Master Suite and a Laundry Room on the main floor. Additionally the facade was to be brought up to date with a more obvious and accessible front entry. The proposed plan also added a Bonus Room / Studio on the second floor accessed by open stairs.
